Yangon Stock Exchange sees trade volume exceeding Ks-120 million in January 2nd week

 

Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) saw trade volume of its six listed companies exceeding Ks-120 million during the second week of January 2021, according to the statistics of YSX.  The six listed companies of YSX traded 20,592 shares worth Ks-125,859,750 during the second week of 2021 from 11 January to 15 January this year.

The listed companies also traded 23,712 shares worth Ks- 142,795,100 during the first week of the month from 5 January to 8 January 2021; hence, the YSX saw a drop in the trade volume during the two weeks of January 2021. The company-wise trade value of the first two listed companies showed that the First Myanmar Investment Public Co.,Ltd (FMI), the first listed company of YSX, traded 4,898 shares valued at Ks-47,600,100 during the second week from 11 to 15 January 2021, and the Myanmar Thilawa SEZ Holdings Public Co.,Ltd (MTSH), the second listed company of YSX, traded 12,870 shares valued at Ks-47,624,900 during the second week from 11 to 15 January 2021.

The trade activities and values of other listed companies are: the Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB), the third listed company of YSX, traded 234 shares valued at Ks- 1,891,900 during the second week from 11 to 15 January 2021; the First Private Bank Limited (FPB), the fourth listed company of YSX, traded 1,108 shares valued at Ks-24,385,000 during the second week from 11 to 15 January 2021; the TMH Telecom Public Co.,Ltd (TMH), the fifth listed com-pany of YSX, traded 1,171 shares valued at Ks-3,221,650 during the second week from 11 to 15 January 2021; and the Ever Flow River Group Public Co.,Ltd. (EFR), the six listed company and the last to join YSX till now, traded 311 shares valued at Ks-1,136,200 during the second week from 11 to 15 January 2021.
