Outstanding athletes must be picked out from the age-wise sports contests and township, district and region/state level sports events to nurture them for having the improved skills.

It is necessary to create modern gymnasiums, training grounds and training aid for athletes to take training. Officials need to consider the physical and mental strengths and technical skills of the athletes. the Selection of athletes needs to be based on the talents of athletes in a respective sports event in addition to physical development and mental strength.  Sports grounds are being upgraded in regions and states. Region/state and district levels must be facilitated with gymnasium, swimming pool and stadium each with encouragement to the sports activities. As the government is providing assistance for the sports sector, national selected players need to abide by prescribed disciplines and take part in the contests with pride. Deserved cash awards and entitlement must be provided to the national selected players with granting their lives. Businesspersons related to the sports arena must be invited to carry out the development of the sports sector.

The Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs need to create public sports areas and provide aid for the people to take physical exercises in regions and states and coordinate with sports officers to hold the sports contests in respective areas. The athletes from regions and states who brought honour to the State must be provided necessary assistance.
