So, the senior officer trainees need to work hard during the course from beginning to end. Every human being has had their aims and wishes since childhood. In this regard, all individuals must make constant efforts to achieve their aims and wishes. Only then will they be able to achieve success and build their own lives.

Try to become role models when it comes to duties and assignments

All the senior officer trainees are able leaders of their respective military units and battalions carrying out tremendous duties.

In doing their jobs, they need to do so with the least mistakes.

Systematic management of a battalion will generate invaluable experiences in the management field, and they can be used in other fields as well. Upon completion of the course, they will have to lead their battalions in a more successful way by applying experiences gained from serving as a battalion commander and the lectures taught from the training course. They need to study the course subjects correctly from beginning to end.

Regarding duty assumptions and hard work, they need to try themselves to become role models.

Working with consideration and attention will achieve success

They need to train their subordinate officers and soldiers to be in good discipline, while they also need to work with consideration so they can be good discipline. Consideration and attention will achieve success in doing their jobs.

Military skills and battle rules should be systematically learned during the course and must be employed in the practical field. Acute powers of observation will generate good ideas and innovations, thereby contributing to one’s own life. So, constant learning is necessary throughout their lives, said the Senior General.

Then, the Senior General and party cordially greeted the senior officer instructors and trainees.

Afterwards, the Senior General and party went to the local battalions in Kalaw Station and inspected sales of foodstuffs and consumer goods at cheap prices at the shop of the station.
