Today, I would like to inform the whole world about the actions of the terrorist insurgents who brutally insulted and destroyed Buddhism, which represents more than 80 percent of the people in Myanmar and more than 500 million worshipers in the world.
All the people of the world and all the religious leaders, MNDAA Kokang terrorist insurgents are living in Myanmar, drinking the water of our Mother Land, and depending on the country for their livelihood.
But at this time, they have rudely insulted and destroyed the most sacred stupa of our citizens and Buddhists of the world. On 8-1-2024, the MNDAA Kokang terrorist insurgents are insulting and vandalizing a stupa that is revered by the local people and Buddhists located on Sin Oo Kin hill (Point 2202) in the north of Hsiaw Village in Laukkaing in Northern Shan State of Myanmar, where they invaded.
This stupa is an Odeiktha Zedi, which is worshiped by every Buddhist on behalf of the Buddha in accordance with the teachings of the Buddha. All of us Buddhists are saddened and heart broken by their barbaric act.
This is an insult not only to Buddhists in Myanmar, but also to all Buddhists in the world, including Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, India, China, as well as Tibet and Yunnan, which are close to Shat State of Myanmar.
Similarly, on 4-12-2023, terrorist insurgents used drones to bomb the monastery in the temple of Standing Buddha in Muse, Shan State. These are the violence of 3 terrorist groups MNDAA, TNLA, and AA.
All the people of the world and all the religious leaders, In our Myanmar, the country where other religions are allowed to practice freely in addition to the four major religions of the world, namely Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism.
The government and heads of state are continuously encouraging and praising people according to their religion.
All the people of the world and all the religious leaders, The basic teaching of all religions that we all believe in and worship is to love, be kind, and respect each other. I am presenting this so that the whole world can see the evil actions of the terrorist insurgents who are opposing these and to be able to contain them.
