Delegation led by State Administration Council Vice Chairman Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win arrives back from Russian Federation

Delegation led by State Administration Council Vice Chairman Deputy Commanderin- Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win, who was in Russian Federation, left Tolmachevo airport in Novosibirsk, Russian Federation for the Republic of the Union of Myanmar by an international flight on 6 September evening. The delegation was seen off at the airport by Colonel Dimity V. Menchov, Head of Military Intelligence Department of the No 41 Division, and officials and Myanmar Military Attaché to Russia Brig-Gen Kyaw Soe Moe and officials.
Delegation members, Lt-Gen Aung Soe of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army), senior military officers and officials, who accompanied the Vice-Senior General, arrived back on the same flight.
During the visit, the delegation could further strengthen friendly relations between the governments and armed forces of the two countries, and further promote military technology, science and technology, research, human resources development and cultural sectors through discussions, apart from attending the closing ceremony of the International Army Games- 2021, holding talks with military and civilian officials and visiting significant places.
The delegation led by the Vice-Senior General arrived back Nay Pyi Taw Military Airport at about 8 am Myanmar standard time today and was welcomed by SAC member Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Maung Maung Kyaw, Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Maung Maung Aye, senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army, Navy and Air), the commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, Deputy Head of Mission Mr. Pavel Klabukov and officials of the Embassy of Russian Federation to Myanmar.
