Chairman of State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing meets officers, other ranks and families of Bokpyin Station, Coastal Region Command

SARSChairman of the State Administration Council Commander- in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, accompanied by Commander- in-Chief(Navy) Admiral Moe Aung, senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, Commander of Coastal Region Command Maj-Gen Saw Than Hlaing and officials, met officers, other ranks and their families of Bokpyin Station, Coastal Region Command this afternoon.
In speaking at the meeting, the Senior General said the Tatmadaw members are always to do exercises to be the members who have abilities in taking national defence duties.
Taking obedience is a basis to be a good soldier. If every soldier follows the 60-point code of conduct correctly, there will be a good soldier having the three abilities. As they are soldiers who discharge defence and security duties of the State, they are to beneficially apply their military training in practical fields and be dutiful to obey the given order and duty.
The military rules are inducements and bans. If followed, individual soldiers will be beneficial as the rules are to be a good, disciplined and obedient soldier not to happen to things that should not happen.
Arrangements have been made to continue further education as promotion of education within the Tatmadaw has been carried out at the Tatmadaw education schools. Therefore, as there are individual rights to make efforts, everybody is to make the best effort. It is necessary to encourage the education of your children to be graduates and produce new blood having knowledge and skills.
In discharging security and defence duties of the State, the Tatmadaw members are to always work hard so that the Tatmadaw members are reliable for the State and the Tatmadaw. It is necessary for them to make best efforts in the interests of the State and Tatmadaw through individually making efforts on one’s unit in the interests of the Tatmadaw and State.
Then, the Senior General presented foodstuff for officers, other ranks and families through the acting commander.
After the meeting, the Senior General and party cordially greeted the officers, other ranks and their families.
