PDF terrorists attack security forces at gas pipeline near Minkan Village,Taungtha Township and vest factory and vehicles set ablaze

Terrorists are carrying out various terrorist acts such as detonation of mines and bridges, harassing and attacking the national government's projects, burning down office buildings, schools, and houses, fighting in villages and dropping bombs to undermine the country's stability and law and order, to delay the economic development of the country, to stop the flow of goods in the region and to hinder the socio-economic development of the local people.
This morning, the PDF terrorists came and attacked the security forces who were working to secure the pipeline near Minkan Village, Taungtha Township, Mandalay Region, with heavy and small arms from about 300 meters south of the natural gas pipeline with the intention of disrupting and destroying the natural gas pipeline. As a result, the security forces returned fire and the terrorists retreated to the east.
In addition, PDF terrorists arrived at the Taungtha vest factory under the Ministry of Industry, about 2,000 meters north of Taungtha Township, on seven motorcycles at noon today. The factory gate was smashed and the factory management office and 2 vehicles belonging to the office were burnt. After that, they took three motorcycles owned by the factory workers and returned back the way they came. The factory workers were not injured in the incident.
It has been reported that the security forces have surrounded and chased the terrorists who committed such acts of terrorism and fled away, and that necessary area security and law enforcement activities are being carried out in Taungtha Township.
